DESCRIPTION: liger; Nook (deceased) weighed between 1200 to 1500 pounds and could eat up to 150 pounds of meat a day. His father was a lion who appeared in Out of Africa and was shot when a group of careless kids caring for him let him out of his pen for food. Nook’s mother was a Siberian tiger. He was purchased from a breeder in Indiana. He was one of the most passive cats on the ground.
